All others guests, $12 to join this monthly event. If you are interested in a scholarship, please complete our short form here.
About the hike and what to expect: The Government Peak Recreation Area is a network of ski trails that offers phenomenal hiking and walking trails in the summer months. Our exact route will depend on trail conditions that day, but plan to hike up for up to 2 hours at a leisurely pace. Trails at GPRA are rolling in nature.
Can I bring my pup? No. For this particular event we ask folks to leave pups behind. Thanks for understanding!
Cost: Please note participants are responsible for paying an relevant parking fees.

What to bring:
Bring warm layers
Hat and gloves
Bring comfortable boots or shoes to walk in
Rain gear is recommended
Water and snacks as desired
A note on flexibility: The nature of adventuring outside requires some flexibility. We do our best to follow the itinerary as outlined, but we may need to shift plans for a variety of reasons. Safety is our priority and we use our best judgment when making trip adjustments.
Weather: We rarely cancel due to inclement weather. Please bring gear to adventure in the elements. If you need to borrow something, let us know! We have lots of extra supplies and are happy to loan items out if needed.
Is Revel still hosting any free community hikes? Yes! We are offering quarterly, free community hikes. We also have free events that have been made possible through partnership and sponsorships. Be sure to check our events page for our most current offerings.
