When: Saturday, April 15
Where: We will be meeting at the West Butte Trailhead
What to expect:
Get outside with the Elevated Oats Community and Revel Trek + Tours to hike West Butte Trailhead in Palmer, Alaska; a 2.3-mile out-and-back trail with 721 ft of elevation. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 25 min to complete.
Nature is not only beautiful, but it also has a powerful impact on our mental health. Studies have shown that getting outside in nature can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also improve mood and cognitive function— community boosts our benefits even more!
