Registration not required, but registering ensures we can communicate any updates about weather, trail conditions, etc. with you prior to the event.
When: Thursday, April 6
Where: Palmer Rail Trail from the Palmer side at the intersection of Eagle Avenue and North Valley Way.
There is limited parking available at the trailhead. If you find the trailhead parking is full, we recommend parking at Sherrod or Swanson Elementary, a couple blocks away from the trailhead.
What to expect: We will walk for about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace. This is an out and back trail, relatively flat trail. There are some precarious sections where there has been trail erosion/wash-out, but nothing too crazy. We'll stick together for the walk, all ages and abilities welcome.
Can I bring my pup? Yes! Please use your best judgement when bringing your furry friends.
Cost: This is a free community event.
A couple other notes: If you need help finding the trailhead or want to contact Revel prior to the event, please contact Kierre at 907-903-1664.
What to bring: Bring warm layers, water and snacks as desired.
